About the Packages

Healthy living & wellness looks different for everybody, but at its core, there are five key pillars we focus on during your sessions: movement, sleep, nutrition, mindfulness, & relationships. 

The One Sesh

One call. 60 minutes. One time investment. This would be a good option for you if you're dealing with a specific problem or issue in regards to your health that you could use some direction or clarity on, or perhaps you need help in setting & planning for a healthy goal. Perhaps someone said something about your lifestyle change that rubbed you the wrong way & you can't move past it or you have a big decision to make & you're stuck trying to make it or you are mentally feeling badly, but cannot pinpoint why or you're not getting the result you want - this is where I come in and we can work through it together.

The One on One Package

One call every other week for 6 months. 30 minutes each. This would be a good option for you if you have deeper rooted issues or imbalances that would take more time to get to the root cause of, such as irregular, painful cycles, brain fog, acne breakouts, trouble losing weight, chronic exhaustion, or awful PMS. Having someone to keep you accountable, encouraged & offer guidance as needed as you begin improving your health is a game-changer. Together we can take the time to find out WHY these things are happening in your body & make any small, necessary adjustments to better manage, or even eliminate those issues and finally find balance in your body again. You have the ability to create the healthy life you've been wanting; be willing to go after it. True health is a lifelong commitment. Let's do this!
